• Evaluate information architecture with methods like card-sorts and tree-tests.
• Work with researchers across teams to connect insights.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define research needs.
• Mentor Product Managers and Designers in conducting lightweight research.
• Communicate research findings effectively through presentations and reports.
