Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field required.
• Position may require applicable certifications and/or licensures depending on responsibilities.
• Must possess strong knowledge in management as obtained through relevant educational background.
• Requires seven or more years of increasingly responsible administrative leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Directs the operations of Banner Plans and Networks government owned health plans.
• Ensures cross-organizational collaboration of operational teams within the Banner Insurance Division.
• Has full budgetary accountability and sets department budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Establishes organizational policies, procedures, and practices with necessary controls.
• Develops and oversees service level agreements with cross-functional operational areas.
