Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 to 8 years of customer-facing sales experience, particularly in Medical Device or Medtech sales.
• Minimum of 3 years in a closing role.
• Experience managing high-value accounts and familiarity with tech environments.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to convey complex concepts simply.
• Innovative thinking to meet customer needs in technical products.
• Results-driven with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in adapting information for diverse audiences.
• Flexible in managing ambiguity and engaged in continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage a high-value portfolio within a defined regional sales territory.
• Prospect and develop new business to drive revenue by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Deliver regular reports on sales pipeline, revenue, and other data.
• Develop proposals, position pricing structures, and negotiate contracts efficiently.
• Execute sales strategies to promote the Cleerly solution, collaborating with strategy and customer success teams.
• Meet sales goals by developing account strategies and maintaining reports.
• Provide presentations and trainings, and travel to customer sites as needed.
