Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Court Reporting operations.
  • Proficiency in RB9 (Reporter Base) software.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and Slack for communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for inbound communications, including scheduling depositions and addressing client inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate billing inquiries with Accounting and facilitate resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create and update client-facing best practices documentation.
  • Assist clients in creating User Accounts and providing necessary resources to get started.
