Requirements:

• More than 5 years of direct experience in software implementation and consulting within a consulting firm or software company.
• Experience as a product/solution specialist with direct implementation experience.
• Proven experience in implementing inventory management software for medical, surgical supplies, or point of use systems.
• Experience defining business process requirements, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Flexibility and ability to self-learn.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection of data and configuration of Tecsys solutions within the professional services team.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify client needs and define business processes.
• Establish onsite relationships with clients to guide them in software integration.
• Use knowledge of the application and supply chain expertise to ensure successful implementation.
