- Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences, communications, or business; MPH preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a revenue generating account management role with academic medical centers.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with health research methodologies, digital health technologies, and digital clinical trials.
- Strong skills in Salesforce for pipeline management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Develop a plan to build a sales pipeline for named accounts.
- Follow up on existing leads and identify potential opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quotas and understand the value of data in health research.
- Engage with internal and client resources to achieve revenue goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their needs, and expand Vibrent Health's usage.
