Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree specialization in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification in IT (e.g., Google ACE, Linux +, AWS) highly valued.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in technical, functional & system support of IT applications.
• Advanced knowledge of ChromeOS, Windows and Linux OS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong programming/scripting knowledge - Powershell, Python, Bash, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure and highly available application environment.
• Identify and implement features and capabilities to support internal client business plans.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Establish relationships with teams to troubleshoot issues and develop long-term solutions.
• Lead projects as a technical subject matter expert, planning and executing design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
