Requirements:

• 2+ years in event planning, field marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven success managing end-to-end event logistics and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Ability to develop innovative event concepts while leveraging data to measure performance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience creating and managing event budgets.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, webinar platforms, and email platforms.
• Proven ability to align with Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute national and regional events, including tradeshows, roadshows, and customer dinners that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate speaking engagements, including scheduling and refining presentation materials.
• Oversee all logistics for events and represent ZestyAI on-site.
• Develop and manage customer engagement programs to deepen relationships and enhance brand.
• Create multi-channel promotional campaigns for event engagement and define success metrics.
• Support planning and execution of webinars and virtual events.
