Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of CMMS experience, particularly in Performance Analytics and Data Analytics.
• Strong process-oriented mindset and data-driven instincts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with SmartSheet, MS SharePoint, and data visualization is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with JLL Next Generation Maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Be the CMMS superhero, configuring systems and maintaining records.
• Maximize the potential of Corrigo work order system.
• Uphold client CMMS standards and safeguard database integrity.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for CMMS-related questions.
• Craft reports on work order activity and maintenance schedules.
• Document processes and maintain essential guides.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize systems.
• Manage user access to ensure secure system usage.
• Champion system improvements through data governance.
• Conduct training sessions on new system features.
• Design audit forms to support facility teams.
• Orchestrate maintenance activities using best practices.
• Assist in call center escalations, resolving issues.
• Partner with Facility Managers to strategize goals.
• Coordinate vendor relationships for smooth operations.
• Optimize asset maintenance and tracking.
• Oversee inventory management and physical counts.
