• Experience using different job platforms.
• Stable work environment with reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
• Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of Apna's job platform.
• Provide personalized consulting services via phone and online meetings.
• Collaborate with recruiters to solve challenges related to onboarding, screening, sourcing, engagement, and job matching.
• Build strong relationships with recruiters to establish trust and advise on platform utilization.
