• 8+ years in industrial sales roles targeting OEMs or Wholesale Distributors.
• Experience in sales, product, engineering or marketing management.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and forecasting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• High level of personal initiative and ownership of results.

Responsibilities:

• Build strategy for future contracts by collaborating across functions and understanding customer motivations.
• Drive growth strategy to expand Regal Rexnord's value and win share from competitors.
• Manage dedicated account support and collaborate to execute growth strategies.
• Analyze customer history and market data to optimize forecasts.
• Engage with various departments to complete necessary documentation.
• Utilize CRM for managing growth opportunities and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
