Responsibilities:

• LinkedIn sourcing using corporate tools and effective filters.
• Conducting various types of interviews: intro, group, and one-on-one, while mastering the interview flow.
• Providing constructive feedback to candidates and maintaining a professional candidate experience.
• Assisting in building effective recruiting processes.
• Managing applicant tracking systems and ensuring accurate candidate documentation.
