Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Project Management, Information Technology, or a related area.
• 6 years of relevant web development experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience in U.S. government contracting.
• Experience leading teams in the development and management of WordPress and other CMS.
• Knowledge of federal guidelines, including 508 Compliance.
• Experience with requirements gathering and technical documentation.
• Basic programming skills in HTML/CSS, Javascript, and Python.
• Experience with jQuery and web development libraries.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Define and track web development project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring all costs stay within allocated budgets.
• Lead and manage web development teams, assigning tasks and ensuring workloads are balanced.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and serve as the main contact between clients and the development team.
• Ensure client requirements are incorporated into the development process.
• Oversee testing and quality assurance processes.
• Maintain and optimize websites in compliance with federal regulations.
