Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in higher education technology sales.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year.
  • Consultative selling and time management skills.
  • Experience selling into Education markets, specifically Higher Ed.
  • Experience selling SaaS EdTech.
  • Fluency with CRM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop cross-sell account strategies and action plans for assigned accounts.
  • Identify decision-makers and understand key product selection criteria.
  • Track sales activities in the CRM system and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Responsible for weekly sales forecasting and periodic review of sales performance.
  • Generate expansion interest through sales demonstrations, on-site visits, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with Echo360 sales/success teams for sales strategies.
  • Help establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
