Requirements:

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance or similar role.
• Experience in QA methodology and regression testing.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for effective teamwork.
• Highly organized and process-oriented self-starter with great attention to detail.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities:

• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the entire viaPeople product suite and configuration options.
• Work closely with the viaPeople technology team as part of the manual testing process to ensure products are configured and customized according to project requirements.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans.
• Document bugs or issues clearly and accurately with the internal ticketing system.
• Perform regression testing to ensure fluid performance throughout the process.
