Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• 2+ years prior work experience in consulting, investment banking or M&A
• Deep understanding of deal making processes
• Strong financial modeling and presentation development skills
• Overall executive presence and experience with founders
• Prior experience in software is a plus
• Advanced Excel, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop Solen’s overall M&A strategy
• Collaborate with sourcing team to identify attractive markets
• Meet founders to understand their business fundamentals
• Prepare detailed financial models for valuations
• Create supporting materials for due diligence
• Engage industry experts for a comprehensive view of targets
• Negotiate and execute Letters of Intent (LOIs)
