Requirements:

• Expertise in Javascript/Typescript.
• Expertise in React.
• Experience optimizing React applications.
• Ownership or strong contribution to front-end performance in products with large user bases.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Investigative mindset.
• High levels of autonomy.
• Experience with asynchronous communication in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Upgrade the application from React 18 to 19 and optimize for the new React Compiler.
• Work on performance improvements for the Schedule feature and address existing performance issues.
• Stabilize the internal performance test suite.
• Contribute to front-end performance optimization and define best practices for the Interfaces Team.
• Own the roadmap for performance initiatives and improvements.
