Requirements:

• Led QA automation efforts in a small product-focused team.
• Ability to assess the environment and select an appropriate technical stack.
• Experience building and setting up QA processes suitable for team adoption.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing a QA team.
• Ability to work in environments with little documentation and create the necessary documents.
• Familiarity with Ruby, Go, Rspec, PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities:

• Review current QA processes and suggest improvements to create a solid QA process.
• Guide and mentor QA engineers in adopting new processes.
• Conduct manual tests for new and existing functionality before implementing automation.
• Document test results, write necessary documentation, and keep it current.
• Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to resolve issues and share insights.
