Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis.
• Proven ability to manage small to mid-sized teams of analysts.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 7 years in the financial services industry or related experience.
• Deep knowledge of banking preferred.
• Understanding of credit, liquidity, and market rate analytics.
• Foundational knowledge of CECL, stress testing, and capital adequacy within the financial services industry.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and preferred skills in Tableau.
• Tech competent to learn and utilize proprietary Invictus software.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, MBA or other masters a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing production and delivery of analysis and reports to all CECL, stress testing, and capital planning clients.
• Manage and develop junior and mid-level financial analysts.
• Ensure high-quality advisory services are provided to clients by managing senior personnel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Assist in the development and rollout of new products and services.
• Meet with clients to review reports, provide regulatory advice, present at meetings, and support modeling assumptions.
