Requirements:
  • 5+ Years experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or Business Analyst consultant.
  • Ability to create consensus across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of modern application architectures (e.g. REST APIs, Microservices, Container Deployment).
  • Understanding of IT organizations, development of IT applications, and IT operations in medium to large-sized companies.
  • Engineering or Computer Application background.
  • Previous experience with problem-solving in a fast-moving, technical environment.
  • Passion for consulting with the ability to apply and present complex solutions effectively.
  • Adaptability in communication based on the industry and audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex topics.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical discovery with prospects, looking into their architecture and requirements.
  • Design solutions to show how Talon.One integrates with complex tech stacks, including building POCs.
  • Tailor messaging and demo content based on the prospect's goals.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise sales team on strategy.
  • Develop technical relationships within prospective organizations.
  • Execute technical Proofs of Technology, either onsite or remotely.
  • Oversee technical relationships with prospects, including CTOs and CPOs at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Manage responses to RFIs/RFPs from large enterprises.
  • Translate business goals into technical solutions and communicate them effectively.
  • Mentor junior members of the Sales Engineering and Sales teams.
