Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience, with experience in fast-moving consumer goods strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with buyers at Walmart USA.
• Experience in the beauty or personal care industry, particularly selling to mass retail, preferred.
• Candidates residing in Bentonville, AR are preferred.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience creating and delivering customer-facing presentations and pricing reviews.
• Familiarity with Nielsen/IRI analytics and insights-based selling.
• Experience working with syndicated data including household and panel data.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and focus on continuous learning.
• Understanding of demand planning and supply chain to optimize goods flow.

Responsibilities:

• Balance all aspects of account management, including short-term execution and mid to long-term business planning.
• Own sales forecast execution, including retailer-specific promotional activities and in-store experiences.
• Conduct ongoing reporting and analysis of business trends to identify gaps.
• Communicate business updates to stakeholders internally and externally.
• Contribute to merchandising strategy and tactical planning.
• Manage relationships with buyers and demand planners, implementing value-added engagement plans.
• Oversee third-party sales representative agencies.
