- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Deep expertise in sales automation, CRM, Planning & Forecasting.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Gong, Salesforce, and Powerpoint.
- Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms).
- Ability to work independently and with teams.
- Ability to interpret data effectively.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Located in EST - Preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Public Sector Sales Teams achieve ambitious goals.
- Set and monitor critical metrics across prospect and customer journeys.
- Optimize and redesign sales processes.
- Provide support and guidance to Sales Leadership.
- Drive a culture of Excellence and Accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Channel Teams.
