Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability and desire to generate new business.
• Experience with QuickBooks and various accounting software.
• Strong business acumen and insight beyond financial statements.
• Familiarity with general ledger, month-end/year-end close procedures, and interim tax returns.
• Knowledge of tax law, financial statement procedures, and GAAP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Search Fund CAAS Clients from client proposal to final work products.
• Maintain primary relationships with assigned clients and conduct regular meetings.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic planning.
• Act as a liaison between clients and their professional teams.
• Integrate resource and performance planning across business areas.
• Oversee Management Reporting and Analysis.
• Engage in business development activities.
• Develop and implement best practices within the Transaction Group.
