- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Proven ability and desire to generate new business.
- Experience with QuickBooks and various accounting software.
- Strong business acumen and insight beyond financial statements.
- Familiarity with general ledger, month-end/year-end close procedures, and interim tax returns.
- Knowledge of tax law, financial statement procedures, and GAAP.
- Manage all Search Fund CAAS Clients from client proposal to final work products.
- Maintain primary relationships with assigned clients and conduct regular meetings.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic planning.
- Act as a liaison between clients and their professional teams.
- Integrate resource and performance planning across business areas.
- Oversee Management Reporting and Analysis.
- Engage in business development activities.
