Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related Finance field.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Information Security, and Information Systems.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification as a CPA, Certified Internal Auditor, or Certified Information Systems Auditor preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP, PCAOB, COSO Framework, and Internal Auditing Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust audit strategy aligning with company goals.
• Lead and manage planning, execution, and reporting of operational and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with senior management to create a comprehensive audit plan based on risk assessment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure audit alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assist with the annual enterprise risk assessment and coordinate with management on risk reporting.
• Manage SOX compliance, overseeing testing and documentation of internal controls.
