Finance and Strategy Senior Manager / Director

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking, consulting, and/or private equity/growth equity.
• 2+ years of operational experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Best-in-class Excel skills with experience in financial models and quantitative analyses.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with analytical problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of valuation methods, with strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Stellar academic record in a quantitative field (Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Drive efforts to better serve new customer segments, launch new insurance products, and/or partnerships offerings.
• Apply business judgment and financial insights to drive decision making related to unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, core business expansion, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to improve growth speed and efficiency.
• Use a data-driven approach to influence decision making and support company leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives.
• Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, communicating actionable insights to stakeholders.
