Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Voice Designer in AAA games, preferably narrative-driven.
• Deep understanding of storytelling in games and narrative shaping through voice acting.
• Experience working directly with professional voice talent.
• Ability to create emotional depth through voice work.
• Experience in directing voice performances aligned with narrative goals.
• Ability to give constructive feedback on performances and script dialogue.
• Understanding of technical aspects of voice acting.
• Good understanding of audio recording, editing, and mixing basics.
• Proficiency with industry-standard audio tools and software including Wwise, UE5, ProTools, and Reaper.
• Experience managing or mentoring other voice designers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Help select the voice actors for characters.
• Work with voice actors to direct the performances and ensure consistency with the game's atmosphere.
• Attend and track recording sessions in studio and at Motion Capture shoots.
• Collaborate with the audio team for natural voice recordings in various game contexts.
• Oversee editing for narrative assets ensuring quality.
• Create additional voice assets as needed.
• Ensure dialogue synchronization with character animation.
• Collaborate with Game Design and Narrative teams for cohesive voiceover alignment.
• Fine-tune and troubleshoot narrative voice work.
