Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (with excellent grades).
• 3+ years in content strategy, ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Proven success in creating high-engagement content campaigns in Brazilian markets.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Experience with CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian cultural nuances and consumer behavior.
• B2B content creation experience.
• Excited to be on camera—bonus points for existing content creators.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own posting strategy targeting a minimum 15% engagement rate on content within six months.
• Maintain weekly LinkedIn posts, blogs, and articles aligned with marketing goals.
• Create and post at least two short-form videos weekly on LinkedIn.
• Analyze metrics to refine strategies and content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams for sales enablement materials.
• Build relationships with regional influencers and media outlets.
• Develop promotional content for Brazil-specific events, webinars, and campaigns.
