Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable handling 50-75 calls per day through inbound and outbound follow-up.
  • Ability to handle objections, create urgency, and guide customers through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills focused on active listening and rapport-building.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset suited for remote work.
  • Advanced computer skills, navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; sales certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Sales Platforms, and G-Suite is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound sales calls to assist clients in finding and booking transportation solutions efficiently.
  • Leverage marketplace technology to create tailored trip quotes, minimizing friction in the booking process.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including revenue targets and conversion rates.
  • Build urgency and rapport through effective navigation of call scripts.
  • Apply assumptive sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals quickly.
  • Ensure accurate quoting to reduce frustrations and streamline the sales process.
  • Continuously improve call control and adapt sales tactics to client needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales techniques.
