Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software.
  • Cybersecurity and/or workforce management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Teramind’s products and troubleshoot customer-reported challenges.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide technical expertise in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Create and communicate system design and integration strategies for customer deployment.
  • Design and deliver high-quality technical proofs of value (POVs) for prospective customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers regarding product feedback and roadmap requests.
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with accurate customer notes and status updates.
