Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years in a PMO leadership role.
• Experience managing complex marketing projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the Marketing PMO, including processes, tools, and best practices.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals.
