Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience with software products and technologies.
  • Ability to make tradeoffs and prioritize in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Experience working on B2C products.
  • Proven experience in developing product roadmaps and requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL or similar for data collection and analysis.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment for consumer-ready products.
  • Experience developing and presenting business cases for executive leadership decisions.
  • Experience in high-velocity Agile teams, translating product roadmaps to user stories.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development.

  • Proven experience owning full product life cycle and roadmap.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify market opportunities using data to define a product strategy that drives growth.
  • Feature prioritization and trade-off decision making, collaborating with engineering and support teams, while maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Identify and develop e-commerce, re-commerce, and consumer-focused initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to support customer initiatives.
  • Track record of solving customer pain points.
  • Define product success metrics and evaluate financial impact tradeoffs.
  • Partner with finance and business owners on creating business cases and validating assumptions.
  • Perform A/B testing for learning and optimization.
  • Communicate product release plans, benefits, and results to internal stakeholders.
