Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling in the cybersecurity space with a focus on privileged access management (PAM).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and implement best practices.
  • People management experience and a passion for talent development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate enterprise accounts and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and lead a team of enterprise sales representatives, driving continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Establish scalable sales processes and best practices for efficiency across the sales team.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts to understand their business needs.
  • Partner with the channel team to maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Create dedicated outbound strategy for targeting relevant clients for identity and access management technology.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and exceed target pipeline ratios.
  • Represent Keeper at industry events to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and report on sales performance metrics and collaborate with other teams to align initiatives.
