Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development highly preferred.
• 10+ years of strategic HR Business Partner experience, preferably in employee relations.
• Experience in a retail or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all organization levels.
• Highly motivated and self-directed with effective organization and planning skills.
• Strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a variety of cross-site projects to improve efficiency and engagement for employees and managers.
• Serve as a confidential resource for employee relations issues.
• Advise on employment law and manage leave policies.
• Develop and maintain innovative HR programs.
• Strategize talent and performance management with business leaders.
• Create strong relationships across the organization.
• Advise on change management initiatives.
