• Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software.
• Experience in Real Estate preferred.
• A growth mindset and willingness to be flexible when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of specialized support to members seeking an agent or lender.
• Communicate with investors directly via SMS.
• Schedule and take calls with BiggerPockets members.
• Engage with investors to learn about their strategies and market.
• Document detailed notes for follow-up.
• Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls.
