Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
  • Advanced experience troubleshooting web applications and both Windows and MacOS operating systems.
  • SQL and Python scripting experience.
  • Knowledge in networking, including Routing, Firewalls, Proxies, and cloud security.
  • Familiarity with system management applications like GPO, cloud services such as Azure AD, Intune, BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with BI applications such as PowerBI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the support ticket queue for assigned accounts by employing active listening to understand customer scenarios.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver troubleshooting and tailored solutions.
  • Relay customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Create and monitor high-severity engineering tickets, ensuring proper impact analysis and advocating for customers.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently throughout the support process.
  • Prepare and present Health and Configuration Checks.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Success teams to deliver impactful customer engagements.
