Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting.
• 5-7 years experience in Fund Accounting, preferably with a Fund Administration Firm.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet assigned deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Preparation and Review of GAAP Financial Statements.
• Background with yearly audit process and testing.
• Strong understanding of Partner Allocations and Calculation of Management/Performance Fees.

Responsibilities:

• Daily reconciliation of cash, positions, market values, trade breaks, P&L analysis, corporate action analysis.
• Monitoring of cash flows and responding to inquiries.
• Monthly NAV calculations and administrator reconciliations.
• Production of month end sign off packages including NAV, P&L, trial balance, fund allocations, and investor statements.
• Contribution to the development and enhancement of team systems and processes.
• Assisting Portfolio Operations Lead in ensuring associates understand process updates.
• Regular collaboration with Portfolio Operations Lead about process improvements.
