Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of supporting executives in a virtual setting.
  • C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite, Notion, Airtable, and similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma is a plus.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).
  • Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
  • A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Triage Executive's email inbox and respond on their behalf.
  • Manage complex calendars including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base using tools like Notion.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, and documents.
  • Track project timelines and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Conduct research to assist in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Serve as liaison between senior executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Create high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
