Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business studies from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the medical device industry; experience in neurosurgery or radiation oncology a huge plus.
- Ability to create and manage key internal and external partnerships.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrate proficiency in issue resolution.
- Ability to multi-task and work with little direction.

Responsibilities:
- Exceed top line revenue goals and other key performance indicators that align with the corporate objectives.
- Expert at presenting product features and benefits, value analysis, and history of the organization during in-person sales consultations, hospital visits, workshops, tradeshow.
- Responsible for selecting and accelerating new sales opportunities while carefully profiling the 'best fit' individuals for product adoption.
- Develop accurate sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify activities to develop and drive the sales process within the territory.
- Gain clinical support, educate on the product, and manage approval processes through professional sales skills.
- Leverage sales tools and best practices to increase sales productivity.
- Utilize the CRM for account planning, leads, and opportunities while nurturing pipeline.
- Submit necessary paperwork, including travel itineraries, trip reports, activity reports, and monthly reports.
