Requirements:

• Strong technical experience with scripting or programming.
• Experience with LUA, Python or similar scripting languages.
• Pro-active problem-solving work ethic.
• Ability to guide, mentor, and inspire creative individuals.
• Understanding of MMORPGs and their internal structures.
• Passion for games and collaboration.
• Experience in game design or development team.
• Understanding of game development processes.
• Knowledge of version control software like Perforce.

Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate new, engaging game content suitable for Old School RuneScape.
• Take the lead on design for full projects of any complexity.
• Coordinate and contribute to the implementation of game content using RuneScript.
• Ensure content meets technical standards and is efficient.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of technical design documents.
• Act as a technical resource for other designers.
• Continuously improve knowledge of Old School RuneScape.
• Ensure strong relationships with other disciplines.
• Identify opportunities for creating workflow tools.
• Engage with the community via social media and livestreams.
