Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Associate degree in Engineering or Computer Science or 5+ years relevant experience.
- 2-3 years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting experience required.
- Experience selling SaaS based solutions.
- Preferred background in End User Compute or Cloud Computing.
- Experience in networking, storage, virtualization, or related technologies.
- Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and a positive approach required.
- Basic knowledge or curiosity of security, IPsec, InfoSec, hacking methodologies.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, operating systems, and storage devices.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve mastery of all Axon technologies/products.
- Lead business and technical presentations effectively.
- Engage in technical conversations with IT departments and stakeholders.
- Manage expectations with customers and team members.
- Provide first-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Organize and address sales obstacles creatively.
- Develop relationships with key partners to grow their customer base.
- Respond professionally to customer RFPs/RFIs.
- Position the technology against competitors.
- Represent the products and company values at events and conferences.
- Coordinate the POC/Pilot process to tailor tests and findings to customer needs.
- Improve or create technical documentation for customer and channel use.
- Capture requested features and provide feedback to various teams.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for necessary services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
