Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years SDR/SDR Manager/Account Executive experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in creating demand and sourcing new sales qualified pipeline.
  • Accountability to consistent overachievement.
  • Experience in booking complex meetings involving multiple buying influences.
  • Ability to establish relationships with potential partners and customers at executive levels.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with technical to business translation.
  • Familiarity with consultative SDR methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale, BANT).

  • Forecast monthly/quarterly sales qualified pipeline to leadership.
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to measure productivity and progress.
