🔍 Childhood nutrition, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience preferred.
- 1+ years of related marketing experience in digital marketing and/or advertising, ideally in the CPG/startup food space.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mind and exceptional communication skills.
- Creativity, boldness, and willingness to experiment.
- Empathy for parents and caregivers.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms.
- Experience with Shopify preferred, and ability to learn new technology.
- Up to 10% travel required.
- Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition for a healthier planet.
- Develop compelling, creative briefs for ads across products, covering copywriting and visual direction.
- Curate ad examples from competitors to inspire direction.
- Oversee ad launch and approval processes with the Media Agency.
- Work with the Influencer Team on whitelisting and branded content.
- Collaborate with designers on website landing pages for growth initiatives.
- Assist in scaling the Affiliate Program by communicating brand priorities.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and Go-To-Market meetings.
- Prepare performance reports summarizing key insights.
- Optimize website content for AI-driven search.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
