Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in marketing, sales enablement, or related roles, with credit union experience preferred.
• Proficiency with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Strong Excel skills for data management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is required.
• Experience in managing webinars is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales team to design and execute monthly newsletters.
• Develop and distribute partner/client-specific quarterly reports.
• Customize marketing materials and sales decks as needed.
• Maintain a content calendar for timely campaigns.
• Write and schedule social media posts.
• Monitor performance metrics to refine strategies.
• Ensure campaigns are organized and tracked within Hubspot.
• Manage B2B marketing collateral and collect success stories.
• Plan and coordinate attendance at industry events.
• Oversee logistics and develop outreach strategies.
• Analyze event performance to improve future efforts.
