Cloud Support Specialist

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in Cloud Technology Technical Support or related field.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve basic cloud support tickets and customer inquiries.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and availability.
• Assist in troubleshooting cloud service issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Involvement in on-call rotation for critical systems support and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Participation in routine maintenance tasks and backup operations.
• Monitor system alerts and respond to potential issues.
• Support basic cloud security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior team members on larger projects and implementations.
• Follow change management procedures and implement standard operating procedures.
• Maintain security and access control protocols.
• Maintain documentation for cloud services and support procedures.
• Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles.
• Document incident resolutions and troubleshooting steps.
• Create and update user guides and maintain system configuration documentation.
