Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field; CPA highly desired.
• 10+ years experience designing and delivering D365 F&O implementations in a consulting organization.
• Proven record of delivering information systems business value at an executive level.
• Deep understanding of markets, industries, business, customers, and technology, preferably within Financial Services, Public Sector, Media, or Life Sciences.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations.
• Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and detailed execution.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical and functional expert, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure D365 solutions align with business objectives.
• Perform the Solution Architect role during the analysis phase of D365 F&O implementation, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Accurately estimate projects, ensuring success and client satisfaction.
• Lead the design of scalable D365 solutions, defining overall architecture and strategies.
• Conduct reviews of solution designs to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide technical oversight during the project lifecycle, addressing challenges and ensuring adherence to architecture.
• Ensure effective training for clients on application use and maintenance.
• Focus on delivering high-quality solutions and act as an escalation point during and after a project.
• Contribute to the development of reusable assets to improve implementation methodology.
