Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in enrollment marketing or similar marketing field preferred.
• Experience in planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a complex library of marketing assets and ensure version control.

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical support across the Growth and Engagement team functions.
• Focus on Enrollment Marketing to support campaigns that accelerate member enrollment.
• Manage communication assets for employer customers to drive awareness of Carrot's benefits.
• Support various channels including webinars, direct mail, and email.
