Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles, preferably within the workforce management and/or related SaaS industries.
  • Proven experience in managing complex product portfolios, ideally within enterprise software or workforce optimization products.
  • Strong understanding of WFM concepts such as scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, performance management, and resource planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA is a must.
  • Significant experience in business and commercial management roles is essential.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data and fact-based decision.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to guide product decisions and ensure relevance in the market.
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision and roadmap for WFM products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful products.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality launches.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to define positioning, messaging, and enablement for product success.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product impact, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and other professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Manage product budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of product vision, progress, and results.
