• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end digital programs, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the development of digital products and solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
• Design and implement efficient digital buy flows to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and optimize digital process flows across various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on program goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in digital programs.
• Define KPIs, track progress, and report on program outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and enhancements.
