Requirements:

• A BS degree in technology or computer science strongly preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager on software development projects.
• Experience with both traditional and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and conflict management skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in closing development gaps.
• Self-motivated critical thinker who can guide teams.
• Proven experience in process development and project management.
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities effectively.
• Effective communication with stakeholders regarding project details.

Responsibilities:

• Define project plans collaboratively with project teams.
• Coordinate team members and project work to deliver on project plans.
• Communicate and track project schedules.
• Provide progress and status reports to stakeholders.
• Guide project teams on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Identify, track, and report on project risks and mitigation.
• Manage project toolsets.
• Support product releases and cultivate project management practices.
